Taekwon-Do techniques are used only in case of serious and immediate danger for the practitioner or for someone he / she must protect.

Regular, practice-based training will help students gain self-confidence and reflexes to react when needed.

Specific techniques, practiced in training, can use the elbow, the knee and attacks on vital points and can be used in particular circumstances

(for example, one or more attackers, armed or unarmed opponents, on the ground, etc.)
